Marc Klok Foundation Held A Football Coaching Clinic

Status Pro Sport partners with Marc Klok Foundation to ensure success of football coaching clinic

Last Monday, on October 14, 2024, the Marc Klok Foundation successfully hosted a football coaching clinic titled "GOL KITA: Coaching Clinic Event" in collaboration with ChildFund Indonesia. The event, held at Gedung Bakorwil in Bogor, aimed to inspire and educate 40 young scholarship recipients from both organizations.

Rio Fahmi, a player for Persija Jakarta, was a special guest at the clinic. He shared his experiences and motivated the young participants, emphasizing the importance of hard work and dedication in pursuing their dreams.

Pritania, the project coordinator, highlighted the innovative nature of this initiative in Indonesia. "We want to support children who are not only talented but also have a strong will to achieve their dreams. The majority of them come from underprivileged families, so access to develop their talents is limited. We’re supporting various talents—not just sports but also art and digital skills," she explained.

Marc Klok, founder of the Marc Klok Foundation, expressed his hopes for the initiative's impact. "Events like GOL KITA give me a chance to see first-hand how the big dreams of these children start to grow," he said. "With the motivation of a figure like Ilham Rio Fahmi, I believe they will learn that no dream is too big to achieve. Through our programmes, I hope to create an environment where they can thrive."

The clinic featured skill development sessions, interactive Q&As, and fun challenges like a blindfolded penalty shootout. This partnership not only provides valuable training but also inspires the next generation of Indonesian youth to pursue their dreams through sports and beyond.

Status Pro Sport played a crucial role in facilitating this event by connecting the Marc Klok Foundation with professional players and assisting in content production. Their collaboration reflects a shared vision of using football as a vehicle for positive social change.
