Coach Ugur Yildirim joins Status Pro Sport.

Ugur Yildirim born in Apeldoorn on 8 May 1982 is a Dutch/Turkish former footballer. An attacking player, Yildirim started his career with Go Ahead Eagles, then committed a transfer to Sc Heerenveen where he made a big impression.

In his first year at Sc Heerenveen (2004), he became world champion free kicker, a milestone in his football career. Yildirim played for the Dutch national team once.

After some discordant present with the Sc Heerenveen coach, Yildirim decided to continue my football career in Turkey. He signed a contract with Gaziantepspor, due to the payment of his salary. Halfway through that season, Yildirim joined Sivasspor, they were leaders of the Süper Lig at the time.

In 2005, Yildirim made the decision to play for the Netherlands rather than Turkey. That same year, he was called up to play his first and, incidentally, his last international for the Netherlands. In the 64th minute, Yildirim was allowed to enter the field and take on the English men.

After a great football career, Ugur Yildirim decided to continue his career as a football coach. In 2016, Yildirim got in touch with his former football club Go Ahead Eagles. Currently, Ugur Yildirim is the trainer of Go Ahead Eagles under-16s
