Status Pro Esports start partnership with Heracles Almelo

Status Pro Sport is pleased to have started a partnership with Heracles Almelo for the upcoming EA FC 25 season.

Heracles Almelo is known within the Dutch esports scene as a major player that pays a lot of attention to the esports branch. They are known for bonding with younger supporters and are one of the first clubs to fully commit to activations through esports. In 2018, Heracles Almelo became champions on the XBOX during the eDivisie season. Last season, the club managed to secure a spot in the finals where they stranded in the quarter-finals.

For the EA FC 25 season, Status Pro Esports is partnering with Heracles Almelo. Here, Status Pro Esports will provide training for both of the club's esports players under the guidance of EA FC coach Yesse Frijters. With his experience and expertise, the aim is to lift Heracles Esports to international tournaments. In addition, Status Pro Sport will also support Heracles Almelo commercially by looking for strong brands to link with the club.

This season, Collin Dekkers will once again play on behalf of Heracles Almelo. Collin is an established name in the EA FC Esports scene and will again show this season that he belongs at the absolute top of the Netherlands and the world.

He will be joined by Milan Plevier who will act as 2nd player in the KPN eDivisie. As a child of the club, he knows better than anyone what it means to play for Heracles Almelo. In recent years, a loan spell to KAA Gent and some eDivisie matches have given him the necessary experience in the competitive world.

The KPN eDivisie season will kick off on 5 November competing for a prize pool of €50,000 and tickets to the World Cup and eChampions League.
