• 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
• Proven portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects across digital, print, and branding mediums.
• Experience managing a team, budgets, and cross-functional projects.
• Relevant work experience in the football, lifestyle, and media industry;
• You will regularly report your progress via a CRM system and directly to your manager;
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI and performance metrics.
• Expertise in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
•Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus.
• Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain design guidelines to uphold brand standards across all projects.

• Provide design direction and mentorship to junior designers, ensuring high-quality output.
• Design customized materials for clients, athletes, and sponsors, ensuring alignment with their brand identities.
• Support the creation of pitch decks, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall marketing goals.
• Coordinate with external vendors or printers to ensure the quality and accuracy of final outputs.
