Senior Fundraiser
• Bachelor’s degree in Non-profit Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields (relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, business development, or client relations within the non-profit sector.
• Proven experience in securing funds from individual donors, brands, government bodies, and various organizations.
• Established connections with multiple crowdfunding platforms, such as kitabisa.com, Indorelawan, and others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with education and sports initiatives, as well as community development and povertyrelated issues.
• Excellent persuasive writing skills for crafting donor proposals, fundraising materials, and correspondence.
• Results-oriented, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive, results-driven approach.

As a Senior Fundraiser, you will play a critical role in securing financial support for our programs and initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, building and maintaining donor relationships, and ensuring sustainable funding. Additionally, you will leverage your connections with crowdfunding platforms and your experience in securing funds from brands, government entities, and organizations to maximize our fundraising efforts.
