Sales Representative New Business

Status Pro Sport is a one-stop football marketing agency for professional football players, trainers, Esport players, and supporting professionals. Our team consists of (former) players, experienced entrepreneurs, and fully dedicated professionals to support our clients through their entire journey. We represent our clients' interests to help them achieve maximum results, both athletic and in business. Our head office is located in the Netherlands, where we have been operating for over 10 years. Since 2020, we also work from Indonesia.

As the Sales Representative (New Business) at Status Pro Sport, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, driving revenue growth, and expanding the agency’s market presence. In this role, you will proactively generate leads, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and develop tailored sales strategies that align with client needs and business objectives. Acting as a dynamic and persuasive brand ambassador, you will leverage industry insights, innovative solutions, and strategic partnerships to drive business success. With a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the sports industry, you will play a crucial role in positioning Status Pro Sport as a market leader while fostering long-term client relationships.

Our ideal candidate

•       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,Communications, or a related field.

•       Minimum of 3-5 years in account management, clientservices, or a similar role, preferably within the sports, entertainment, ormarketing industry.

•       Proven ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

•       Familiarity with the sports industry and a passionfor understanding athlete and partner needs.

•       Proficiency in CRM tools, project managementsoftware, and Microsoft Office Suite.

•       Abilityto work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure, and deliver resultswithin tight deadlines.

•       Having experience in closing new business deals.

•       Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills,with a client-first mindset.

•       Excellent verbal and written communicationabilities, with experience presenting to clients and senior stakeholders.

•       Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

•       Experience in sports marketing or athleterepresentation is highly desirable.

In this role, you will play a vital role in driving the company’s growthby identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will develop andimplement strategic sales initiatives that capitalize on emerging trends andtechnologies in the sports agency space. This includes building strong prospectpipelines, crafting compelling value propositions, forging partnerships withathletes and brands, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize sales efforts,and creating innovative engagement strategies that position Status Pro Sport asa leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

·       Identify andtarget potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

·       Give a leadsand close a deal with new clients, new business, and generate revenue.

·       Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clientsand expand market reach.

·       Conduct research to understand client needs, industry trends, andcompetitive landscape.

·       Engage prospects through outbound calls, emails, networking events, andsocial media outreach.

·       Present and pitch company products/services in a compelling and tailoredmanner

·       Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to drivelong-term partnerships.

·       Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring aseamless onboarding process.

·       Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meetclient objectives.

·       Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, andclient interactions.

·       Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to overall businessgrowth.

·       Provide market feedback to internal teams to enhance products, services,and sales strategies.

·       Stay up to date with industry developments to identify new opportunitiesand maintain a competitive edge.
