Key responsibilities
- Assist in the design and creation of visually compelling materials for campaigns, including digital content, print ads, social media graphics, and promotional assets.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts that align with the agency’s brand and vision while highlighting athletes and events.
- Support the maintenance of brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Help implement and adhere to design guidelines to uphold brand standards across projects.
- Work closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to deliver cohesive and engaging designs.
- Assist in creating customized materials for clients, athletes, and sponsors, ensuring alignment with their brand identities.
- Contribute to the design of pitch decks, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
- Manage assigned design tasks and projects under supervision, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail.
- Assist in coordinating with external vendors or printers to ensure quality outputs when needed.
- Stay updated on design trends, especially in sports marketing, and suggest fresh ideas for projects.
- Experiment with new creative techniques to contribute innovative ideas to the agency’s design work.
